Amazing device for the price
The media could not be loaded. (Please note: I am not a medical professional)I suffer with earwax build-up and, if left untreated, this can lead to problems such as pain during airplane flights. Bought this device as it is becoming increasingly difficult to get appointments to get my ears regularly syringed. In the attached photo, you can see what is supplied in the box: The endoscopy device, USB charging cable, spare silicone tips, metal tools and a small brushThis endoscope is amazing, especially given it’s low price. In particular it:- is very compact and light (only 16 grammes!)- is completely wireless, so does not have to have a troublesome cable when using.- is a single button press to turn on both its WiFi and light- has a bright light so inside the ear is well illuminated- is easy to connect with the phone and use with the Suear app- will operate (the light and wifi connection) for over half an hour before needing a recharge- has silicone tips to shovel the wax that are smooth and soft to avoid scratching your earThe setup is straight forward. The endoscope was fully charged in less than 2 hours using the supplied USB cable. I downloaded the free “Suear” app for my Samsung A53 phone from Play Store. After that was installed, I started the endoscope's light and WiFi by pressing its button. I then connected to my phone to it using Settings>Connections>Wifi. You just look for the “Suear-xxxx” device and click on it.On starting the Suear app, its shows that the endoscope is already connected. On pressing “Home” the live video from the endoscope is shown on the phone. (See photo of phone) The endoscope has a bright light to illuminate the silicone tip and inside the ear.On carefully inserting in my ear, from the image on my phone I could clearly see the inside of the ear and the wax.Removing wax with the silicone scoop tip attachment was relatively easy after a bit of practice. You can take photos or videos of inside your ear using the app if you want. (See the attached video to see my initial attempts at wax shovelling – I did get better at it)I left the endoscope turned on and it worked fine for 32 minutes before the app warned me the battery was low at 20% charge and recommended I recharge it.I cannot over emphasise the need to be ultra careful when putting anything in your ear. Until I get more used to the geometry of my ear and become well practised in manipulating the tiny silicone shovel tip, I will be limiting my use to removing the wax that is not near the ear drum. In my case that is the majority of the wax. I will then be using special ear drops to remove the remaining traces of waxI have not used any of the metal tools provided with the endoscope yet as I want to learn more about the correct techniques first. So far, very pleased. Effective device with good image quality at a very low price. The endoscope could be also used for many non medical inspection activities.

Very good
It's definitely a must, I was amazed with all that functionality, it definitely gives you an overview of what needs to be done, very satisfied with the product, very good vídeo quality, easy to clean, battery life is more than enough to clean both sides at least 3 times, easy to use

Eye opener, or perhaps ear : ) Be very careful
Very clever and easy app for camera on the phone. You need to be careful when putting anything into you ears. It is an eye opener and was useful to establish info. The camera could potentially have other uses I guess, maybe hard to reach areas such as engines or machinery.I would use this yourself as opposed to getting someone else to do it, because the ears are delicate and you can feel your ears, others cannot.

QR Scam brochure
I had bought this device from Amazon, which came with a brochure of how to use it. The brochure had a QR code on it to provide instructions om how to use the device which was supposed to be free of charge to use. Once I had scanned the QR code it tried to charge me £59.99, this was obviously quite scam and i would not recommend to anyone!

Take caution and be gentle
I've had other brands that battery wouldn't last or they broke after cleaning but not this one it works fantastic and if used correctly can be a real gem and help with that pesky wax.CAUTION!Be very careful with anything like this device as your ear drum is extremely thin and you don't want to be pushing this device against it as that will cause you more pain and complications than wax
