Arrived very dry 😓
As of now I'm giving a 3 star i may change it later but I got these roots in the mail they are quite dry... I have had the soaking all morning and they don't appear to have sucked in any water I'm hoping they progress well and if so I will change to 5 stars but as of now I don't hold alot of hope for these very dried out roots... I'll do everything I can until then date now being 3/29/2025***UPDATE***I know it's only been about a week but I had re hydrated the ginger roots in a bowl of water overnight and put in soil and I checked them today we are already seeing great root growth! So I updated my rating from 3 to 5 stars

Half of what was sent was dead
It never grew, 2 of the roots were dead and shriveled. Not happy with this purchase

Be Patient and you will be rewarded
I received 5 rhizomes on January 29 ,2025 and planted them on the same day. On March 29, 2025 I saw one sprouted. So I dig up the others and i then realized I planted the others upsided down. I then replanted them.Out of 5 I received 3 of them sprouted. As time pass I'm sure the other 2 will grow and they are still fresh and aliveTips:Be patient. Mines took 2 months to show signs of growth. I live in a tropical countryBe sure not to plant them upsided down as sprouts will take longer to received the top.Be sure not to bury too deep as it will take longer to sprout. 1cm to 2cm of soil above the rhizomes worked for me

Quality
Came in with good condition. All the instructions are there and they’re growing pretty well even in Texas weather. Definitely recommend if you are wanting to grow them.

Really dry!
Arrived on-time and sent more than 4, but they are really dry and look like their isn't much life in them. I planted them and will update if they grow.

Mine didn't grow mire than 2 inches.
It never grew more than 2 inches. I followed all the instructions, even had YouTube videos to go buy.

Growing well!
Very happy with how the rhizomes were packaged. I gave them a soak for two hours and planted them shallow right away. It did not take long for shoots to develop. Once the leaves opened up it seemed to be growing quickly. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great size
The nodes were very healthy and large. Have not been able to get one too sprout and I’ve been growing for years
