This is an edit to my original review. The company reached out to me and offered to send another pair of headphones. They did exactly that and it arrived in 2 days. They work great and I've consequently upgraded the original 2 star review to 4 stars. The sound on these headphones is very good and they are very comfortable, well made, and overall a quality product. Very happy with the No-Hassel customer service.______________________________________Its too bad these headphones were defective. I don't know what the problem is, but I tried them on 2 laptops, my phone, and my tablet. All with only one ear working properly. There was some sound coming out of the defective earphone, but at a very low volume. I tried changing the balance out the audio, but that didn't help.Otherwise, I really like these headphones. They are well made with very nice articulating ear cups and soft, comfortable ear pads. It comes with 2 audio cables, one 6.3mm (1/4") and one 3.5mm. They are also an attractive price.I would take a chance on these, but I cannot in good conscious give it higher than 2 starts. Unfortunately, the vine program doesn't allow returns. I think if you purchase these and have a problem, returning them would not be a problem. So, take a chance on them in spite of the my 2 star review!This product was provided to me through the Amazon Vine Program, on which I only pay the taxes on this product.
