Honestly, I bought this for the false sense of security of being able to defend myself if a shark wanted to eat me while we went scalloping. Didn’t see any sharks or use the knife. The band to attach the knife to the body is a little hard to understand but other than that, seems like a great knife. Did have some rust spots after using but I was able to get them off.

Blade disconnected from the handle the second time I went diving with it. I pulled it out of the sheath, and realized I just had the handle in my hand. The blade had broken out in the sheath with no use at all.

Well made and solid option for a good price if you need or want a stainless steel dive knife. Just rinse it well, and dry it off after each dive so it's ready for years of use.

Make a great pokey thing for fish. I like the retention and am confident I wont lose this one like I have two others due to poor retention in the sheath. No buttons, squeeze the sides of the knife to remove and goes back very well. Keep rinsed in fresh water to prevent rust after saltwater use.
