The chair is of good quality and very comfortable to sit in.Customer support is one of the best I think. Had a small problem of a missing piece and it was sent fast with no problems at all.I would use this company again.

It is a very nice looking chair and comfortable. I am giving it 4-1/2 stars overall because it was a little difficult to assemble (holes did not line up properly), back seat is slightly crooked when you look straight at it; and it's not possible to line it up because the stitching is a bit off. We were also missing the cap for one of the legs, so the chair does not sit properly (wobbly). I will try to see if the seller will send me a cap. It really is a very nice looking chair and very comfortable, and in spite of the 4-1/2 star review, I would purchase another one. Also, it arrived on time as promised.

I've never had a chair full of ridged rocks but I pulled out about 7 of them and couldn't get the rest out unles I actually cut the bottom fabric off. The back piece holes don't allign. There are scapea on the finished metal.I am beyond disappointed and upset.

I like the chair. It is what I expected. Had a little trouble with one of the screws for the back, but contacted them and they requested I apply more pressure. This worked perfectly. They were very responsive. Good chair.

I went to a local store looking for a reasonably priced chair. I knew I would not use the chair often so I did not want to spend a lot of money. I could not find one to satisfy me. I ordered this one hopping it would look as nice as pictured. It looks nice, is comfortable and a great value for the price.

Excellent product. It does take two people to assemble it, but it's definitely worth the effort.
