The flavor is amazing. I live that it has so many minerals and helps keep me hydrated but doesn't have many calories or sugars.

I have been reading as much as I can to find on this type of product, using it yes, however I see no change, I guess maybe because I am already a full on carnivore??

This is a horrible product product that should be banned! It is so very sweet , and it gives you gas bubbles that resemble a heart attack. My Doctor told me to stop taking it. I tried to return it but cannot since it has been open. I absolutely understand this but the should still either refund you or explain that BEFORE you purchase it.

I love the taste of mango but I have been sugar free for a while and I can’t stand how sweet it is. I’m trying to find someone who likes it and needs it.

My brother recommended this for leg cramps and I didn’t think about it affecting my other health problems and my fluid retention problem went crazy an I wound up in the hospital.

My ketones go up when I drink it. Verified with a meter. Taste good. Love it! It is what the label says!!!

Don't listen to the negative reviews. Clearly the individualizes that had negative thing to say, have never used BHB before. Yes it messes with your stomach but that's normally if your not in ketosis. I was using the unflavored but its no longer available. This product only has 6mg of BHB in each serving. Your body needs at least 12mg. So you have to use double the amount. So far I like the brand and wish they would continue the unflavored. Unflavored tasted horrible but it did what its supposed to do.
