Works! Would buy again but really hope that I won't have to.
Installed screen on 2017 VW Tiguan. It arrived on schedule and was packaged very well. The box was labeled 5C0035680- which is for the Euro version of my MIB STD2 PQ +/NAV (mine is a 5C0035684B- for NAR / North America region). The ribbon cable was labeled with ACT5131FPC-AE-1, which is for the Euro version. My original screen has ACT3S55280FPC-A1-E. This can be disconcerting because some of the YouTube videos that show how to replace the screen show ACT3S55280FPC-A1-E. The new screen is clear (not the darker version) and the correct size. I tested the new touch screen via the service menu-> HMI Debug. The touch screen test result was fine . Had to do hard reboot to fix proximity sensor. Wish I had done the fix a year ago.Update: Has been over a year since installing the screen Still works well. Also, my infotainment has stopped locking up. (Before screen install, would lock up at least once per week- requiring hard reboot)

Works like new again!
I installed this in a 2018 VW Passat. You have to remove the head unit from the dash and take it almost completely apart to install this new touch screen in the Passat. There are several very good how-to videos on youtube to show you how to do this. Make sure that the ribbon connection is securely in place - I had to do the whole process twice because mine wasn't - listen for it to "snap" into place. Even having to do this twice, it took me less than two hours from start to finish. I reccomend having an auto trim removal kit and make sure you have all of the correct torx screwdrivers before you start.

Not worth it
The screen has a green tint to it... The colors are dull.
