Deserving a 5-star rating!
I've been using this tablet for a few days and I'm very happy with it, it's performance is great, even though I don't play games, from the speed it opens programs, web pages, and booting up it's a lot faster than two other brands of 2-in-1s I've returned before!Other than that it has a very sensitive touch screen similar to a cell phone, and the speakers and screen pixels are very good! The keyboard is a bit too thin for me, I would have preferred a thicker keyboard, maybe I'm just not used to it yet, but it's fine, it's a great value! It's perfect for replacing my laptop and half of my ipad!

BROKEN
Maybe I was unfortunate, first the touchpad stopped working and then this tablet didn't turn on, I had to return it, before the tablet failed I was happy, because the tablet was fast and looked very good quality

Overall okay Tablet, some items just don't work
Like: not bad for what it is, good enough to browse the web using the tablet by itself, can do a little bit of writing once in a while. detachable keyboard is actually surprisingly useful and trackpad works wellso-so: keyboard backlight is barely noticeable (not even sure it's working); charging is slowdisappointing: the magnetic attachment for the back of the tablet that is supposed to allow you to angle the screen when typing on the keyboard isn't really doing it's job. keeps sliding down/around, so using the device as a real 2-in-1 won't happen. tried it twice, both times the tablet part almost fell off the table. if that is the intended use, look elsewhere

2nd UPDATE - AMAZING Customer Service - Very good laptop tablet
UPDATE #2: .The people at EYY were responsive and attentive, very kind I should say. I got a replacement PC, a new one, better stand configuration (more robust) and no questions asked. My son is happy, I am happy, great, no, AMAZING customer service.I bought this for my 14 year old to use in school and play Roblox with his friends. It works as expected, fast, crisp, and easy. Setup was a breeze. My son had a Surface 7, and transition to this PC was great.

A very decent 2n1 tablet
One thing I want to say off the bat, the device itself is very decent. It has enough power for daily tasks and even a few more demanding ones. The N100 processor does a good job of keeping tasks moving while sipping power. It's considerably better than tablet processors of times past. You won't be upgrading RAM on this machine since it's LPDDR5 but it has 16GBs which isn't too shabby for a tablet. Having DDR5 over DDR4 helps the N100 shine a little brighter, too. The included 512GB SSD is of the SATA M2 type but I believe this system should be able to support a PCIe gen3 but I haven't opened it up. Still, the included SSD will get you 540/514MB/s R/W respectively which honestly, is probably not going to be the bottleneck here. Thermals are kept well in check as there are vent holes to be found all around the perimeter not to mention we're talking about power-efficient equipment here. The device is large. It has a 14.1" FHD screen which is nice but I really think 12" is about the maximum I feel comfortable with. Anything over about 12" screen size feels massive as a tablet but since the keyboard is included laptop mode is just as easy and useful too. It's backlit as well and easily magnetizes to the unit. You have to charge the keyboard though and it connects via Bluetooth and not IO pins. The keyboard and trackpad itself are acceptable and work fine.Ports are few and far between but at least there's a USB-C port. There's one for charging and powering the unit and another full-feature port that supports display. I've plugged in a USB-C hub and plugged in a slew of devices all of which worked perfectly. I really would have liked at least one USB-A, there seems to be enough space to have added one. Additionally, there's a micro-HDMI as well for connecting to other displays. So that's it for ports just two --excluding the charge port. Since a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter cable is included you could almost say there's three?Lastly, I have to talk about the battery life considering the power efficient nature of the system's hardware. To sum it up I was expecting a little better. The item summary throws a figure of 8-10 hours around but that's wishful thinking. If you're actually "using" this machine consistently I think a figure of 6-8 hours is a little more realistic and heavier usage less yet. It's not bad per say but I'm willing to bet a larger battery could have fit in this chassis. The 5000mah/38wh variety is seen in all sorts of low cost Chinese computers and doesn't have the greatest rep. but we will see how it holds up.Overall this thing is a blast to use and for its price, is probably one of the better 2n1s you can buy aside from the very expensive Surface units.(Did I mention the price was good?) You'll want to know your way around a computer though if you buy it because "EYY" doesn't even exist. They have no website, no email, no nothing. You will not get any type of support out of the "manufacturer". This device is basically a "KUU Insbook" and is likely made by KUU if anyone is interested. The price is right and you get a good bit of performance for it, too. As long as you can overlook some of its shortcomings you'll likely really enjoy using it. I hope these sorts of machines continue to be made, there aren't too many to pick from that are any good... and this one comes with a Windows 11 Pro license!

Stopped working fast
I didn't use this much but a couple of times it wouldn't charge or turn on. I was able to get it to work eventually, until I couldn't. 2 months in it wouldn't turn on and I tried every suggestion I could find online, but no luck. It gets warm when charging so I know it's getting power. Because it had been past the 30 day return period, Amazon won't accept a return. I tried messaging the seller but they won't respond. If you've bought this, make sure you return it within 30 days or you just donated money to the company for a useless product. I guess I will see if I can fix it but can't find a fix for it when I google. I'm thinking of replacing the battery. If anyone else has had any luck, please let me know.
