powerful fun scooter
This scooter is a little pricey but so much fun and an absolute blast!! It has lots of extra features such as cruise control and stuff but I don't really use them. It says it goes 20mph but you can put it in sport mode and it'll fly! It has great control and goes fast. I've gotten it up to about 35mph in sport mode. So much fun to ride! I love it! I would recommend it however a little pricey. No issues and holds charge well.

Fast customer response and fixed the bug within 2 weeks
The media could not be loaded. I got errors while riding on slopes when I received the item initially, So I gave 1 star because it simply didn't work and I switched to hiboy max pro afterwards which is about the same price and weight. But the customer service was fast and always responded within 24 hours., and 2 weeks later Yadea claimed that they fixed the issue with a firmware update and asked me if I want to give me one more chance. Sure why not, so now I have 2 scooters, and here's my comparison between those 2:Yadea elitemax x2:Pros:1. extremely good suspension that gives you best confort on uneven terrain2. Although it's same weight, it has a handle in the back so that you can carry it around much more easily3. Feels like more technology is built inside, single brake handle and energy recovery in braking (just like tesla)4. Very good customer support and does solve problems incredibly fastCons:1. seems like it's something new on Amazon so there are some bugs in their new product (I guess more tech might not be a good thing if it's not fully tested) The scooter now is working great but their app does feel like a beta version with some buttons not functioning smoothly2. range not as good as hiboy max pro.hiboy max pro:pros:1. range and a little bit more power, this is solid.2. acceleration feels more even than yadea elitemax x2.3. a product that's more mature and gives you extra inner tubes for tires.cons:1. there's no handle on this scooter, if you want to lift it up and put it in your car it's not as comfortable as yadea elitemax x2. I feel like this should be a must have for scooters that's meant to be easily carried around...2. suspension not as good as yadea.Overall my recoomendation is that if you need that range, go with hiboy max pro. Otherwise, yadea elitmax pro is more comfortable for daily usage. Given that it initially had bugs I would give it 3 stars just because my initial experience is not good, but their customer support deserves one more star. Since now the bug is fixed via firmware update, it should be 5 stars for others.Below is my initial review for your reference:title: Shut down instantly at slope less than 10 degreesGot error code 29 the first ride. Tried 10 miles on the first charge, error code showed up more than 5 times. sometimes this thing can climb hill around 10-15 degrees (but that hill has very short distance like 5 ft), but it failed at my neighborhood between 5-9 degrees (measured). Initially I thought I might got a defective one, so I ordered a replacement. However it's the same issue. I got the error twice within 25 seconds. The first error occured at 5 degree slope, the second error occured at 8 degree slope. The advertisement says it can climb 14 degree hill. my weight is 180 lbs for reference.

I use this for going to our community managers office and our cluster mailboxes. Very strong and quick.

Pretty legit scooter
If you are looking for an easy to use scooter I highly recommend the X2. It is extremely simple to set up and break down so taking it with you on the train or bus is pretty easy. The battery lasts for awhile so I have yet to need to stop and recharge in the middle of a trip. It is a quick little scooter too, I have gotten it up to 22 mph multiple times. Most importantly it is well built and has stood up to pretty constant use since I got it in April. The only thing I have an issue with is the app. Setting up sub accounts off my account so that my wife and daughter can unlock it has been impossible.
