GTR SimulatorGTA/GTSF Model Keyboard and Mouse Tray Add on

I am giving 4 stars to this product. The item was ordered with the GTR STA Simulator rig. It came well packed and the shipping was fast. No directions were given in the box, but it was easy to figure out. You just replace the two rails under the seat (The ones that attach the seat to the rig.)Reason for 4 Stars are this:1. No Directions2. The "Couplings" that hold the poles together and screw to tighten were kind of cheap. One was installed on the pole and a second one was in the box and came with one of the 3 "tabs" broke, which won't allow the coupling to tighten around the pole.3. Keyboard Shelf is Very Small. Even an old normal keyboard is too big for it let alone a full-size gaming keyboard.One nice thing is they now include "Hook & Loop aka Velcro" with the add-on so you can stick it on the keyboard to hold it in place.While the idea is nice, this addon would not work for me. I have the Shifter on one side and the other side it was making it hard to get in and out of the rig, and I just didn't fit naturally. I do hope the Manufacturer comes up with another idea for a keyboard self for the GTA units.I have asked for a refund as 1. The Second Coupling was broke, and 2. because I don't fit with my set up.

What I like most about the GTR Simulator - GTA/GTSF Model Keyboard and Mouse Tray is it allows me to use my GTRGTS-F Model simulator not only for simulated racing events but also as my work station and entertainment center for movies sports and news reporting of what is going on around the world and at home. What I like least is the keyboard tray is too small for a keyboard of regular size , although with a little velcro it can be made to work otherwise without something to secure the keyboard to the tray it will flip off the tray when hitting or tapping a key on the outside edge of the keyboard . Velcro helps to prevent this from happening and allows the removal of the keyboard from the tray but I would prefer not having to use Velcro to do it , a longer or wider tray of keyboard size would be great specially for Gaming Keyboards for those of us who want too or are racing online or PC Racing like Iracing or Assetto Corsa and other online PC racing software programs where gaming PC's are necessary to run them . The currant Tray is way too small for a Gaming Keyboard ,velcro helps with a small PC keyboard but I am not confident it would work with a large or gaming size keyboard .

Makes running my simulator much easier

Fit great and my husband uses it a few times a week . Works great.

Cheap product. Poor craftsmanship. Would not recommend it.

Keyboard tray is too small, but overall the price is decent.
