Halfway thru putting up & missing parts. Highly disappointed. Your packaging needs to be more secure. One entire end was split on the box so no telling where my parts have fallen out of the box at. This item is HEAVY so it’s obviously handled roughly at times. Please reach out & make this right. Disabled GiGi here so the money was hard to come by and the effort to put together wasn’t easy either. Wish I’d listened to the reviewers on this one

I was really impressed with the product, especially at such an affordable price. But unfortunately, it arrived with damaged main connecting pipes. I didn’t realize it until I had already started assembling, and I ended up spending the whole day putting it together and then taking it apart again. At this point, I don’t have any choice but to return it.

This product came with great instructions. The steps are numbers with appropriate part numbers and the nuts and bolts are lbageed and labeled with each step. It took about 3 hours to assemble with 2 people. Hints for assembly: the large opening goes on the left, the a-fram bar with 2 pieces of foam goes on the right front, and do not tighten all the bolts until the end ( it may make assembly difficult otherwise.) Lastly I would assemble the tetter tottering separately then install on the set. The sturdiness is affected by being placed on a flat surface. The swing parts are made of durable materials. This is a great set and I would purchase again.

Everything was great up until part 21 there was bags mislabeled, then another step of bags was missing completely and then there was a bag missing half the bolts. Couldn’t put tested totter on but everything else went on fine

Great swing set! Quick setup with two people, small and compact but lots of room for multiple kids to play. Glad I purchased this.

All my grand children loves it they play on it all day .
