I've had glass pans in the past and know how to handle them, not move from one temperature extreme to the other too fast and all. But this one is suuuuuuper sensitive. I moved it from a totally hot burner to a still cooling down but much less hot burner and heard it crack right away, didn't shatter but the crack reached from the bottom of the pan all the way up one side to the top and my brand new glass pan was dead just like that.

The media could not be loaded. Neat idea with the clear glass, cooks evenly, and surprisingly washes up with ease.

This item is not all that, but I keep it because of the cause.

This pot cracked while bringing water to a boil. It lasted five months. The pot had never been dropped or treated in any other way that would cause a crack. The glass the pot is made from just failed.

A different experience. I love being able to see what’s cooking. I love it.

We used this pot twice and on the second time we noticed the bottom had started cracking. We returned the pot and replaced it. Material did not feel very stout in the first place.

This is a gift. They were so excited, and pleased.

On a normal heat on a glass stovetop it broke after a couple months and I had only used it 6-7 times.
