I love it but it arrived scuffed
I love this, but the edges were scuffed upon arrival which is a bit disappointing. The packaging and product are great... just a shame it wasn't as expected.

Pricey, But Worth It – Fabulous Leather Binder
This is an absolutely lovely journal; I am seriously impressed by the quality. It is actually a planner though, although it can easily be refilled with blank paper if you wanted to use it as a journal instead. My favorite features:😃Exceptional quality – this planner is perfect for professionals😃Very secure binding😃Refillable😃Secure & attractive clasp to keep everything securely inside😃Beautifully presented😃Has slots inside for credit cards, business cards, notes/photos, maps, leaflets, etc..😃Travel themed – would make a great journal for tourists and travelers.I am a writer and poet; I ordered this to use as an on-the-go journal to jot down my inspiration whenever and wherever it hits. This binder arrived filled with day planner pages, and a section in the back for notes. But I can easily fill it with pages for my writing if I wanted to. However, I am planning on keeping it as a planner, at least for now.I think this journal would make a fabulous gift for someone, especially for a special occasion (like college graduation or new business launch). It is perfect for professionals because it has an expensive businessperson look to it. It would also be a fabulous gift for anyone who loves to travel because the theme and design of this binder are ideal for that purpose.Whether you are getting this for yourself, as I did, or gifting it, it is sure to impress the recipient. It comes inside a really nice box, and is beautifully presented inside the box. It definitely makes a great impression, and looks even more expensive than it actually is. I am very happy with the quality and design of this journal.

Beautifully Designed
Beautifully Designed, this Caramel coloured ring binder Organiser is really something special and looks amazingly elegant laid on the office desk or coffee table, however in terms of portability its too oversized & heavy to carry around for example if you are commuting on a train or bus this would actually weigh you down. The organiser is presented in a sturdy presentation box and wrapped making it exciting to open and to gift. The organiser has good thick quality inserts consisting of 200 pages (100 sheets) of 120 gsm high-quality loose leaf A5 refill paper. Including 70 Lined pages, 70 Blank pages, and 26 weeks Undated Planning Calendar pages with zipper compartment and pockets. Overall a high quality, 100% leather handcrafted Organiser which should last many years.

This planner is like a work of art and the packaging is so pristine!
The planner arrived very quickly and undamaged. I have to say that I have been a letter writer, pen & paper, sticker freak since I was a small child in the 70s so just disregard me if I rattle on. I have a calendar in every room except the bathrooms. I have planners, journals, lists, notebooks, scratch pads, blank pages, lined pages, graph pages, dotted pages--you name it--I have one. When this planner arrived, I wasn't expecting much because I have everything. But, much to my surprise, this planner was wrapped up like it was a gift to me. The company wraps the planner in tissue with a tie and THEN in a box of its own. So, if you are looking for a planner for a GIFT like for upcoming graduations, then get this one! The receiver will think you spent WAY too much simply from the perfect presentation. I think that the people behind this company knows what "person touch" means! This planner will last for ages and can be refilled! The pages are organized in an easy to understand format with places deemed for certain information. (notes, appointments, reminders, etc.). I think I will have this planner for a long, long time. I recommend this planner for yourself or if you wish to give as a gift. The receiver will NOT be disappointed with this planner as a gift if they are the type of people who like to have written reminders and not always rely on their smartphones.

Makes a great gift
This would be perfect for a graduate or birthday gift, as it comes in beautiful packaging and is a practical item that will be used for a long time. Refillable and undated, which makes it really flexible for daily or occasional use.

Thick. Well designed. Not sure this is Full Grain Leather.
This is a thick one, and you get a great set-up without having to spend extra money unless you want to. The layout of this planner is much more efficient for my needs than the typical Moterm layout with the big open pocket in the back. This comes equipped with a weekly, undated planner which is very helpful for those of us that have an excess of dated calendars that can only be used for a that particular year. This not having the year listed and only the day is great for my needs. The monthly is a two page spread that lives between each month and not as a prelude to the weeks. Some might be into that, some might not.I'm a fountain pen user but I prefer to use my gel and ballpoint pens in my planners as they are more functional than "fun" for me. I did test a sample with my Esterbrook Estie (F) with Noodler's Walnut and it worked out well with zero bleed through or ghosting. The rings are 20mm and they don't look to be replaceable, but I'm not really knowledgeable on how that could be approached should you want to in any other ringed planner unless that was outwardly easy. If you want smaller/ larger rings, that could be an issue.Honestly, I really like this. It feels solid and the color combo is really nice with the contrasting band. I have to be upfront about the leather: I really don't think that this is Full Grain leather as advertised. If it is, it's HEAVILY treated. It has an almost plastic feel to it. It doesn't carry any kind of smell to it. The pebbling looks nice regardless. This might really be my only issue with this planner. It's also quite heavy even without the inserts. This isn't for someone that travels with their A5 planners. It's a great desk planner.

A little stiff
The stiffness might help it last, so that might be a good thing in time. But at the start it kept wanting to stay closed instead of laying open for easy writing

Wonderful paper inserts but zipper is terrible & is this really FULL GRAIN leather?
The planner is presented in a sturdy storage box with a layer of thin paper wrapped around it. I was pleased with the look and color of the leather. The snap enclosure strap is attractive and seems to work well, but with the included inserts, it is pulled to the limit and is not “stretchable” as the description claims. The planner is heavy, so it’s not practical as an every day carry, but more appropriate for staying put at office or home on the desk.I’m not convinced the leather is “full grain” - I know some leather has a plastic feel and look, but in my opinion, the pebbled grain looks very uniform and there is no variation in color or texture, which leads me to believe, at the very most, it’s “top grain” with an embossed texture. There is a strong chemical odor, but I hope a few days of airing will help that. The color combination of the planner is not the same as the Amazon listing, or what I ordered. I’m pretty certain I didn’t get the “caramel” color leather, but I got a mix of the lighter “artichoke” color with the reddish brown strap across it. I actually like this combination better than what is listed.Inside the trifold design, it’s lined completely with smooth “leather”. On left, there is a “secretarial” pocket with 2 wide credit card slots, and on right there is a rounded secretarial pocket with a useless pen holder, that I could barely fit a pencil inside. There is a left side zipper pocket, but I do not believe the described “YKK” zipper was used. There is no name or label on the zipper pull, and it was not smooth at all. The zipper feels like the teeth are not lining up properly, and when zipping up, it feels like it is going to break. The rings are 2cm/20mm, which is an average/smaller size. I’m not sure of the long term quality of the rings, but I didn’t notice any glaring flaws. For some reason, the maker screwed the rings into the inside lining with a piece of protective thin cardboard under it; it wasn’t easy to pull the cardboard off because I didn’t want pressure on the screws to rip the leather. There are no screws showing on the outside of the planner leather, so unfortunately, removing or replacing the ring mechanism would be difficult. On the positive side, it does make the outside of the planner look clean.I love that they include a full year of undated monthly and vertical weekly calendar pages, with monthly tabs. There are also contact pages and tons of “notes” pages in back. The paper is very smooth and I am guessing about 24-28lb weight and it works very well with fountain pens. No bleeding or ghosting that I saw. Deciding on my review rating was difficult, as I bounced between 3 and 4 stars. I love the paper inserts, and the planner is attractive, but the zipper quality is majorly disappointing and I do not think it’s full grain leather. There are discrepancies in the Amazon page listing, so in the end, I settled on 3 stars because I think there is room for improvement, and hopefully there will be corrections as the planner evolves.
