Many other tapes are narrow and would require many more wraps. This wide wrap worked great at connection corrugated drainage pipe. Was a little hard working on a Y connector. Otherwise it was very easy to use.

This tape works great. I used it to wrap the lines and wires from my mini-split HVAC unit. Even outdoors for about a year now, this tape holds up very well against the elements. I will definitely purchase again.

Some tape applied directly to pipe is intact, but the adhesive on the tape is not at all strong. Any surface other than smooth metal it has unfurled itself off of. Rough pipe? No. Cardboard? No. Closed cell foam? Definitely not.The tape isn’t terrible, but the adhesive is almost not functional. No animal tape can compare to good ol’ duct tape, unfortunately not even duct tape is what it used to be. A brand new roll from the local hardware store couldn’t hold an envelope closed. Yet a 30 year old roll out of my dads toolbox is currently holding my shed upright for years. If you’re like me: looking for the next tape to hold it together with- keep searching!

I had a great number of pipes to wrap before winter and ordered this tape because it holds up so well outside, so far it’s doing a great job holding up well and my pipes are protected from winter. I would buy this again.
