I had to print a lot of paperwork. I was going through the black ink fast. When I considered the cost of new ink and remanufactured ones I tried the lower cost ones. One worked but the other one didn't. I did all the trouble shooting, with no luck. I ended up buying a new one. I contacted the seller and didn't get a response.
