The bomb
I have tried a couple of different hair removal creams. I have been nothing but happy with this one. I put it on there, set my timer for six minutes and wipe it off with a hot washcloth. I’ve never had any rash. Never had any burning. It works consistently every time. I have some course hairs and a lot of peach fuzz. And it tends to get the course. Hair is just fine.

Great Product for Sensitive Skin "Down There"
Ladies, this cream is great! As a 60+ Caucasian woman with sensitive skin, I was hesitant to experiment the first time "down there". I started with various popular depilatories. All other brands I tried either smelled bad, gave me a rash, or left stubble behind. Neomen Cream does none of that! Here's the trick: leave it on longer for different areas of skin. Test your success with each increasing amount of time, but wait at least a week to re-test. Be patient, it will be worth it!! I had to go longer than the recommended max. But I tested methodically, had no adverse reaction. For me, my best result is 10 mins for side sections, 15-20 mins for front section. From start to clean-up, expect the entire process to take 25 mins. Tips for first-time ladies: you'll need to prepare at least 12 dampened, disposable cotton squares. (To protect the intimate skin, snuggle a dry cotton square in there, which you remove at the end.) Place a trash bin within arms reach. With a finger, apply the cream heavily & precisely, smoothing upward to get it under the roots. Use the damp squares to remove the cream gently (the spatula is useless). Finish up with the last of your squares, with short, vigorous, scraping in the opposite direction of the hair growth, to get all the stubble off, followed by a warm shower. Even with sensitive skin, I have no irritation, just baby soft, hairless skin. My husband loves it!

It's lovely.
So, my hair is rather thick on my body and coarse around the bikini area. I couldn't get everything with a single process in certain areas, but this was likely user error. What makes this 5 stars for me is the experience.1. The smell isn't bad like with other products. Honestly, you can hide it with some scented lotion fairly easily. Theres also this tinge of mint when you apply it as well.2. No burning. At least in the sense of the 10 minute max time. I have sensitive skin, so normally spots are really irritated with other products. Not this one.3. My skin felt really soft after. I really liked the moisturizing quality to it.I'd definitely order this again. Not much product was needed, either. This bottle will last me a good while. It's been about three weeks, and new growth has been really slow.

Works great
Works great! I usually leave it on for 10 minutes and I have not experienced any skin irritation. The only negative is the smell. It stinks but I have never used a hair removal cream that smells good.

I recommend not using this on sensitive areas. But is works well on legs.
The first time I used this was on my legs and it worked pretty well. But when I used It on my armpits I started to feel a burning sensation and developed a bit of a rash. So I recommend just using it for limb hair (It also has a bit of a smell).

This works great
The smell is not strong more like a nice lotion . Does a great job removing hair from legs . Definitely buying again . No chemical smell .

Not worth it
My bikini line is ridiculously sensitive - I can't shave or even trim down there without developing a rash. The one thing that works for me is waxing, but I had never tried a removal cream in that area and the good reviews here had me intrigued.First off, this cream has the same weird bad egg smell that all hair removal creams seem to have - just slightly more subtle. It's not as bad as some, but don't believe the lie that it's odorless. After patch testing on my arm with no negative effects, I spread this stuff pretty generously on my bikini area and waited. It didn't burn or tingle, but due to my sensitive skin I thought I shouldn't push my luck, and I tried using the accompanying spatula to scrape off the cream after 5 minutes. I quickly discovered the spatula is useless for removal, 5 minutes does nothing, and this is an oil based product so it doesn't just "rinse off"... at least not without getting on other body parts first. Good luck avoiding your more sensitive areas! After struggling to wash the first layer off, I applied a new layer. 5 minutes later, I washed that off too. To be fair, the second layer did remove a few hairs. However, it did so very unevenly, leaving my bikini area looking much like a high school boy's first attempt at a beard (patchy, scraggly and largely accidental).Once I dried off, I realized two things. 1, I was already irritated and itchy in one spot despite using the cream very conservatively. 2. The remaining hairs are now incredibly dry and brittle, yet somehow still firmly rooted...I'm sure if I left the cream on long enough, the hair would have succumbed. Starting with dry skin/hair instead of applying in the shower may also be helpful. But I think my skin might not have fared well at all after more than 5 minutes - and frankly, I'm so itchy currently that I may not give it another try. I wanted to be a fan, but I don't think this one is worth it for me.

I wish I knew about this sooner!!
I wrote off all creams like this because I had tried Nair and Veet in the past and they didn't work. Given that was years ago so maybe the tech has gotten better, but this is a game changer! I was going to get expensive bikini waxes and uses all their recommended creams and still getting scarring and bumps! I tried sugaring, I tried electric shavers, shaving was a no go because it was even worse. I'm not a candidate for laser because of my red hair. FINALLY tried this and am never going back. Baby smooth, zero irritation on sensitive parts, and last longer than shaving. It's so easy too! I leave it on for the full 10 minutes and then hop in the shower to wipe it off with loofa/washcloth. It's great too because you can put it on precisely for landing strip etc.
