These RV slide skis are a big improvement over the cheap plastic skis. Very well made. Fairly easy to install. Slide operates much smoother now.

The ski work excellent to replace a damaged one on my slide

Put them on like any other set I've bought. I do this for a living so it was installed correctly. As soon as I ran the slide in, they broke. Not worth the time or aggravation.

These are definitely better than harsh metal scraping across your floor, but they are still harsh plastic and leave marks. They can be cut to fit under your slide out floor and help protect from the metal parts. What you really need is some felt on the bottom of them so only soft fabric will touch your floor. I ended up using some sticky felt instead of these and it has worked well. These still left marks from the plastic. I guess you could install these and some felt pads under them.

These seem to be great quality slide skis. They are made of hard plastic and the camper slide out glides over the top easily. I've only used them a couple of times so not sure if they will begin to wear down with more use. The plastic seems hard enough that I think they probably last a long time.
