Defective Model received - No refund, Only replace
The model was received with a broken power plug pin, making it not usable, all together. This model only has return with replacement (No Refund) so I have placed my replacement request. Let's see what the experience would be - watch this space for update..UPDATE - The return was successfully completed and a new piece was delivered as replacement. The new item is working fine. The whole return and replacement took a week. I'm satisfied with the whole experience.The item, however, is not capable of doing anything other than boiling or scrambling / poaching eggs but the cleaning after scrambling / poaching eggs is very cumbersome and hence it is best if not used for these purposes. For me it is only suitable for preparing half-boiled eggs and steaming vegetables, which it does perfectly.

Stopped working after a day!!!
I am extremely disappointed with this product. It stopped working on the second day after delivery. The rotating timer completely stopped functioning, and the boiler failed to shut off automatically, creating a dangerous situation. It almost caused a fire in my home due to overheating and excessive smoke.I immediately contacted Glen’s customer service, and they assured me that a technician would be sent the next day. However, it has now been over three weeks, and no one has followed up or resolved the issue. Despite multiple calls, the promised technician visit never materialized.This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I have decided never to purchase a Glen product again. For your safety and peace of mind, I strongly advise considering other brands. This product is simply unreliable and poorly supported.

Ok ok product, not too good, neither bad
In 1 year of uses, it's good choices. But its Pan-Base Black-Coating qaulity didn't like, after some wash & clean its removing
