I set this up a few days ago. The water is delicious! I will never buy bottled water again!

Require frequent cleaning
A bad smell developed after using these filter for several weeks. Seems if you don’t constantly use this every day, one runs the risk of this smell developing I guess. Rinsed under running tap water and scrubbed with a new dish sponge. Not loving this required maintenance. Also, we knocked over the upper water hopper that holds these filters. One filter snapped at the threaded base. I would expect this to happen, but the original filter would more than likely not have snapped the same way due to having a larger base, not being as tall and being lighter than these ceramic filters. That being said, they work as intended.

Good Product!
This is a good product but my only complaint/suggestion is that I have no way to know when they need to be replaced. I'm going to replace ours every six months but it's just a guess.

Fits Travel Berkey
Shorter in length than original black charcoal Berkey filters, but they definitely fit my travel Berkey I bought in 2021. 👍🏻 Water tastes the same. 💧Can’t beat the price bs Berkey brand, however as they are shorter in length (smaller) I will change them more often vs larger Berkey filter.
