This is a good alternative to nicotine pouches. The taurine and caffeine combo helps clear away flog clearly in the morning. My primary complaint is the flavor. It is pretty bad. It's like sucking on an old orange peel. Gross. BUT, it does give the boost I am hoping for. You get 80mg of caffeine which is more than some of the other options.The price for this is ridiculous though. Personally I would never pay $12 for 15 pouches. There are plenty of alternatives at 1/2 to 1/3rd of the price. Combine that with the horrible flavor and I'm giving this 2 stars. You can't charge this much for something that tastes this bad.

I'm actually very surprised by these energy pouches, they really do work. The container comes with 15 pouches that are small and comfortably fit in my mouth. They are easy to use, just place one in between your lip and gum line, and it stays in place. It's not too bulky or noticeable when it's in, and doesnt irritate my mouth. It has a nice citrus flavor that actually taste really good and isn't overpowering.I took one yesterday and today because I was super tired from a long week, and I pretty quickly noticed I got an energy boost. It definitely helped wake me up for sure and made it easier to do my work. The energy lasted for a good amount of time, and I didn't have any crash or jitters from it. Overall I really like having these pouches as a energy backup or when I don't want to have an energy drink. They are effective and I will continue to use them.

These caffeine pouches are faster acting than any other caffeine product I've tried--and I've tried a lot. Gums, mints, sublingual, pills, you name it... these are faster acting. They work right away, but the energy boost isn't sustained like you'd get from a regular cup of coffee or caffeine pill. It's more of an all at once thing. If that's what you're looking for, I haven't tried anything else like this.The taste is better than I was expecting. Caffeine itself is very bitter (if you've ever had a less than great caffeine gum you know what I'm talking about) but this surprisingly isn't unbearable. It's still bitter, but it's more like chewing on the pith of an orange. Not exactly pleasant, but not terrible either.

It's a little bitter, so there's better alternatives out there.

Perhaps I didn't read the description but I expected this to be a powder or small tablet that you could swallow or add to water. I guess the tobacco-shaped container it came in should have given it away. You're supposed to put it in between your cheek/gum like chewing tobacco. It has a very strong smell. I put one in a glass of water to see what would happen and didn't notice it doing anything. Didn't actually try using them because the whole idea seems odd to me.

I think this works as an energy boost. I have used this in times when I'm tired but don't feel like drinking coffee. The feel is awkward, but after it's in the mouth for a bit, I forget it's there. It's also very intense when you first put it in, especially if it makes contact with your tongue.. so it can be off-putting immediately, but if you try it out for a little while, I think it will become more enjoyable as you get used to it. Definitely worth a try!
