A little fiddly to install, unclear as to weather the sachet is lubricant or sealer, it’s lubricant and helps the parts snap together. Once installed, great quality and if you don’t already have the dual shower, a real game changer. The direction of the above the head rainfall head actually reduces the amount of water that clears the shower screen and hits the floor. Only gripe is the week or so it took me to work out that the hose washer supplied connecting the hose to the shower unit needed 3 washers to make proper contact and therefore a tight seal. The hose ends are deep so ensure you have spare washers.

Fabulous, a great quality shower that certainly looks the part and has really made the new bathroom look great. Highly reccomended.

It does what it says on the tin, is well made and the shower heads are excellent. I really dislike the plastic hoses-they are too long and just look cheap, which is because they are. Should have proper stainless steel hoses.

Bit of advice...The included screws are made from very soft metal and ended up rounding off so easily that it made a simple job much harder. B&Q screws to the rescue and all was fine. Also worth noting the mode selector is made from plastic, which was a little disappointing but I suppose makes sense with the price. Very pleased once installed.

Appalling design. We fitted this shower system a few months ago and haven’t been able to use it as there was no flow coming out if the top rain shower head, and only very poor flow through the hand held shower. We tried problem solving it by upping our existing shower pump from 1.5 bar to 2 bar but it didn’t fix it. We tested every connection and flow was good to the taps but disappeared after, so we change the taps. Same problem no flow to shower. So finally after upping pump to 3 bar and it still not working we took apart the shower rail. Inside is a narrow plastic pipe within the chrome outer. This plastic pipe where it joined the diverter was too long, and was actually blocking the water flow. Husband chopped off a centimetre of the plastic inner pipe, refitted it all and low and behold the shower is finally working. What an utter incompetent build quality. The fixing the the wall also require two different size tools and modification to hold the bit in place. Never buy another a Grohe product again after this one nearly caused a divorce.

at £169 I expected better. While the rain head and handset and hoses are standard Grohe units, the click in pipework and diverter unit are cheap and nasty, with the diverter being all plastic. looks ok when fitter but poor quality!

Good quality product with a defect in the handle, when you operate it with the handset there is a loud noise, which is unpleasant to hear and also interferes with hearing around, an attempt to contact Groha Israel, which is a mental anguish in itself, I encountered threats from them that I would have to pay the whole product To make sure the product is working properly.To sum up: I no longer invest in Groha's product, more than double just to get an Aliexpress service quality product.I bought 3 products exactly from this model and several other taps from Groha, from Amazon England, from Amazon Germany, and one from Israel.Do not buy more Groha products, not worth the price, at least in Israel because of the Israeli agent and the responsibility of Groha Israel, I recommend everyone in Israel not to buy Groha products !!!!

I liked the price,but parts were missing and the item had been used ie water marks !!
