My routine has been one with water, three times a day.Due to cost, the gummes are expensive, powder is more than adequate but these tablets are a very handy and cost effective option.No issues from taking them and all good so far.

Does what it says works great and good value for money. They are quite big tablets but not a problem for my husband.

I normally buy this stuff in powder/scoop form which is much cheaper. but these capsules are convenientThe normal powder will also take onboard moisture and 'cake'. this doesn't happen with the capsules.for me creatine definitely works as a performance enhancer.note that extended use of it will likely increase cellular water retention. Maybe that's not so bad if you are an athlete but do some research. I just use it to stop the burn.....which it does...for me

These creatine tablets give a good dose per time to ensure safety but also give good results. There are no recorded side effects for me so that's a good sign (although I don't really know if creatine is supposed to give side effects or if any do). I would definitely recommend.

Honestly given that people do have problems swallowing tablets, and no-one has trouble swallowing a higher number of small tablets, I'm forced to conclude the only reason to make horse tablets for humans is pure sadism. These things are massive, and at the upper end of my tolerance. I have to swallow them individually and carefully and be prepared in case they get stuck in my throat. Not a good experience.Do not bother if you have any issues swallowing larger tablets, you are better off getting powder for the price, gummies for ease of consumption, and capsules for a sanely sized and more readily swallowed mid point.There's no smell I can detect and no flavour but the taste would become pretty rank if I did get them stuck which is a distinct possibility. If you have no issues swallowing and never have had, then these are fine as long as the price is competitive at your time of purchase, but I'd caution against swallowing all three at once.I just don't get why companies continue to do this.
