I bought new battery after three weeks I faced charging problem . I mailed to supplier and replaced new battery and charging well. The customer service is excellent and with in week I got new battery. I recommend this product and value for money.

Got My Dell 3451 Running Like New Again
My Dell 3451 was barely holding a charge, and I had to keep it plugged in all the time—pretty frustrating. Swapped out the old battery for this one, and now it charges up fully and lasts for hours. No more scrambling for a charger every 30 minutes. Works just like it should!

Battery backup is not good
Battery backup is very low I want to replace this order or return it but it showing only physical damage or wrong product will replace. It not value for money battery

battery lasted only for one month
only after 25 days , battery started draining fast and then it collapsed to 10% . and now even after charging it never goes beyond 15%and my laptop use is fever to normal.
