Product seemed ok, but when going to the bathroom it took a few days to figure out, but the asparagus extract in this made my urine CONSTANTLY smell as though I ate asparagus 24/7, VERY pungent and I couldn’t handle. Sadly I missed the return time to handle this. 😖

Did not see much of a difference, sadly. Easy to swallow, and pills don't taste bad

The product works amazingly, especially the problems I was going thru . At first I was scared but it was cleaning me out . I was upset because it wasn't 60 pills inside. Within 16 days I was done with the bottle. So the math isn't right. Other then that the product is amazing.

So far what I have noticed is this supplement is loaded with a plethora of natural herb hormone ingredients for females. The capsules are average sized and they don't smell or taste weird so it makes them easy to take. No after tastes either. They're supposed to be from a vegan formula made to support regular Menstrual cycle, cramps, and skin health. I'd have to wait awhile to see how the affects work. Also there's only a months worth so you would have to likely keep restocking since this seems to be intended for long term use to make sure the effects are long lasting.*Update* I get horrible cramps. I'm talking diabolical, calling out of work, don't talk to me, look at me, prescribed muscle relaxers and pain killer cramps. I saw this is supposed to help with cramps relief and I didn't have much of an expectation but I decided to try it out. Well this past "visit" has not been the pain dealing torment that I normally experience. I did have some twinge of cramps but I was able to go to work and do some errands and some events that were set up for the weekend.In my case I don't like to take many pills so I didn't take this all month, but started about a week before and took it all throughout. Would this have been even more effective if I took it throughout the entire month? Maybe so, but the fact that the effects worked this well just taking it thus far made me surprised and happy.**UPDATE 2** I really believe this works ladies!! I ran out and didn't replace the bottle. My next cycle was back to laying in the fetal position on the floor. I'm going to order another bottle when I run out of the stuff i currently have amd then see if I get the same results.

Helps my period not be so intense and fierce. Seems like I don't get quite the same pains that would last more days. I'm a fan.
