Authentic and good quality
I had some worries that it wouldn't be authentic JBCO but it seems legit. It has a rich dark amber color and the slightly roasty aroma I expect from the ash being added to the oil during processing. It's thick and rich. I have used it on my skin after showering and it leaves my skin soft and moisturized but not greasy. I also add it to a mixture I used for my hair and it moisturizes my hair and scalp but doesn't not leave that heavy oily feeling. It's light enough for my dens hair and my mother's fine strands. Overall, I'm pleased. Great product for the price point.
