It seemed great, ran smoothly, loaded fast etc. then all of a sudden a bunch of settings change on their own and I can’t access anything on administrator or guest accounts. Pc reset and windows reinstall later it appears to be fixed until the next morning when it happens again, pc reset number two and it appears to work, for about 80minutes then I can no longer log in to either my guest or administrator account instead the screen goes black. Hold shift and click reset after using control alt delete and go to systems menus to troubleshoot. It says their are disk errors and it will take an hour to fix, de minutes later it automatically tries logging into guest account and goes back the the black screen. Shift reset again, try both options to uninstall updates, neither work, try every option to reset pc for the third time, runs into error and can’t perform restart. I’m basically stuck at this point and just started boxing it back up. Didn’t even make it 36 hours, junk computer.

After many years of dealing with computers and networks, I can say that this is a nice mini PC, the noise level is acceptable at lowest speed but it increases at higher speeds, is has 2 laptop fans and the cooling is pretty effective, no up and down fan speed that is very distracting, like in many others. It generates a pretty amount of heat, specially at higher speeds. The HDMI ports don't seem to like waking up some monitors, Samsung is one of them, no matter which cable you choose the results are the same. The side lights should be able to turn on/off as the top ones do. The computer is kind of light, so it must be supported when turning it on. The speed is acceptable for day to day work, some light gaming and if the games are well made it could do better ones. Most would be on the older side of the spectrum. I personally would like to see a wall mount, where you can mount it on the side of the desk without interfering with the cooling fins. Warranty terms are not stated and there is no information on the small 2 page manual. Hope this helps. For the price with the discount is a fair deal and I would buy again

We have purchased a number of these mini PC’s and will NEVER again buy another. The fans are failing and making a loud noise while other units have failed completely.I wrote in to report what has occurred and to my surprise they told me NO WARRANTY and that I have to deal with Amazon! What POOR Nonexistent support, these computers are only 90-days old and they’re failing, and they offer NO RESOLUTION!Never, ever again – there many other reputable manufacturers who actually support the products they sell!

This Mini PC with an Intel Core i7 is great. It handles multitasking smoothly with its 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. The 4K triple display support is a huge plus. It is Compact, powerful, and stylish. I am using usb c docking station and data transfer is also fast.

So I’m currently using this as a compact tv/movie box which for the price is so much better than the android boxes online. set up took less than 3minutes, the size sits on my entertainment center and smaller than a modem. Setting up all my apps and playing movies/tv is super fast without any lag. Will definitely be purchasing another for my bedroom!

Setting up was a breeze and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get access to the hard drive and RAM.The performance of the Inter Core i7 is impressive. I can easily switch back and forth between different applications and tasks without the PC stalling. Large capacity of 16GB RAM and 512GB NVMe SSD gives me more than enough storage space and speed for my needs. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the ACEMAGIC mini RGB desktop PC. It has a perfect combination of stylish design, high performance, and easy usability. I would definitely recommend to my friends for a versatile and reliable mini PC for office and gaming and multimedia applications.
