Good product. Value for money. The item is both comfy and sturdy. If you want to buy one such item, this is it and just go for it.

Che chair is good but it's armrest is bit narrow and can't accommodate larger hands,this is the only flaw I found otherwise it's sturdy and good and really comfortable to sit in.

Degraded products are sold by Star Works on Amazon.Broken chair was sent and when I ordered replacement, it wasn't sent. After couple of days only return was sent by Amazon. Very poor service on part of Amazon and degraded product sold by Star Works.Kindly avoid buying on Amazon and star works

Excellent service by amazon. I bought this reclining easy chair for my dad who is aged 90yrs. When I received the consignment, I observed a dent on back support rod(image attached with round mark). I immediately attached the screenshot & claimed a replacement, which was successfully delivered to me within 5 days. The fresh piece was perfect and my dad(pic attached) is very much delighted to relax in it. Specially during winters it is very much useful in taking Sun bath in your terrace. Although it is initial days(I bought it on 4th Feb'25), but I do highly recommend to purchase this reclining chair for ultimate relaxation for everybody, as it is having good back support, adjustable head rest & reclining angle lock, easy to install & most importantly available at a very affordable price in Amazon. Till date no issues with the quality of product....

I was first skeptical that the fabric without any additional cushion won't be comfortable, but it turned out be not so, felt very comfortable than those old type conventional fabric easy chairs where there are no side fastening of cloth.Also the mat finish on the metal parts gives a good feeling instead of what we feel when we touch metal pipes. The quality overall commensurates with price and felt gauges are bit thinner than conventional metal pipe easy chairs but the trade off is worth for reduced weight and easy to carry around. I think if we handle it carefully it should last long.

The product works as expected and does the basic job, but honestly, it's nothing exceptional. Build quality is average, and features are quite standard compared to other similar items in the market. For the price being charged, I expected better performance and durability.There are cheaper alternatives available that offer the same (or even better) quality. So unless you really need this particular brand or model, you might want to look around before buying. It's not bad—but not worth the premium price.
