Light weight
Received machine in time with good packing. Tried all blades, working fine. Machine quality is superb and handling is very light and convenient. Good product at very reasonable price. One Battery last for half an hour.

Great product but what about replacement batteries?
A great light weight instrumental for cutting grass, bushes, and shrubs. Battery life is descent. However, out of two batteries provided, one does not work. I found out this after about 1 month as first battery was still working and didn't need to change. I can not find a place to request a replacement battery for the product. Can someone please suggest way to get replacement batteries for this amazing light weight good quality product?

Old and/or Refurbished equipment supplied with Wrong parts
1. Product arrived late2. The delivered equipment looks like it was used and refurbished3. The nut delivered was the wrong type – Motor has M type screw and nut delivered was G type4. There is no contact information in the Operations Manual or Warranty Certificate5. The warranty not applicable in India6. Decent Product
Works well for small garden, one battery lasts for about 20 to 25 minutes, I purchased 2 batteries and some extra metal blades. For my purpose. Honestly I would have liked more heavy duty than this but ok will manage till it works.

Excellent so far....
Have used it couple of times now...it excellent, worth the money, easy to assemble and use. One bty given about 20-25 min , so with 2 it is good enough for small lawn. Hope it continues to perform well.

Not working properly
The grass cutter which I bought works smoothly for 10 days. In the second week it is not working properly, it is operating only for 20 sec on goes off. Only after the lapse of one or two hours it is working same for 20 sec. Pl do the needful to rectify it.

nice servers the purpose of Grass and bush cutting
I had many doubts of buying this as found return policy then dare to buy this. The Grass Trimmer/cutter is nice quality and strong steel body.But all are sending chinese products with different company names as no brand found on items so don't expect for warrantee or after sale support.They have 2 batteries (each can work 20minutes) . But after trimmig for 40minutes I felt tired (due to weight as well) and need to rechage next day.Good for small place of grass,bushes etc... for battery wise.If you really need it you can try

Cut a few tree branches and amazed with convenience, But gets stuck on thick branches. takes a few cross cuts.Update: ON FULL CHARGE, One battery lasts 40-60 min on grass Blade, 20-30 min on circle blade. Other Battery Lasts 20 min on grass blade and 10 min on Circle Blade.
