Best protein powder there is.
Ordered the peanut butter cup flavour, it’s amazing alone or with extra peanut butter (powder) and cocoa powder. Has 1 g of carbs, no fat. This stuff really is the perfect protein. Tastes great and digests well, dissolves easily, not gritty, stevia sweetened. Will def be ordering more. Some people are too picky - itS ToO FrOtHy - you have to pick your battles y'all. I’ve tried all forms of protein powders and this is THE BEST.In the blender: 1 scoop protein, peanut butter powder, peanut butter (if macros allow), cocoa powder, (almond) milk, dash of salt & cinnamon & stevia, ice - blend it all up and enjoy!

The best Egg White Protein next to raw egg whites.
My preferred Protein Powder now. No carbs, tastes good, and dissolves easily with a proper shaker bottle. This beats slamming raw egg wHites or eating cans of tuna in the sauna like I used to. I prefer a scoop and sipping it throughout the lifting routine but taking another scoop after helps in recovery.

Awesome Taste
I've been totally addicted to sugar. Within the last 2 months I've started on a new lifestyle program but because of how much weight I needed to lose needed extra protein to make sure I stayed in ketosis and didn't start metabolizing my muscles.I started with the chocolate and really loved it and decided to ad some variety. The Carmel was the next one I purchased. The taste is so good, that I'm not missing my sugar at all and am down 23#.I put in a shaker bottle with my program shake and shake up for about 30nseconds and have a nice smooth, awesome tasting breakfast! This was also a good meal replacement right after oral surgery.

Hands down, the best protein powder I've ever tried
I had to switch from whey because I noticed I was experiencing indigestion and bloating after drinkiny post work out shake. Not the feeling you want to deal with after crushing it at the gym. So I tried a plant based protein first, which worked but the texture and flavor was awful.I saw great reviews for this egg protein and heard it could help so I went for it. The flavor is great! I've only tried Chocolate so far so I can't vouch for any other flavors just yet. Someone else mentioned that there was a strong artificial sugar flavor and I disagree. To be honest, most low carb protein orders are using some type of artificial sugar but I hardly notice it with Proven Egg. The flavor to me is 2nd only to Ghost, which I love but it's high in carbs and causes me bloating/indigestion.Next, this egg protein mixes sooooooo smooth and sooooooo easily. You notice right when you scoop it, it's not clumpy like other powders and doesn't really pack into the scoop. I actually mixed the protein in my shaker without the wire ball today and it was completely smooth. I didn't even realize I forgot it until I went to wash the shaker.

The Grossest Powder on the Market
This is by far the grossest protein powder I've ever had. Texture wise, it doesn't disolve/mix well, it behaves like straight up guar gum or something.Idk if it's the specific flavor I got or if it's indicative of a entire brand, but I swear with the coconut flavor there is a hint of something funky, almost like the mildest fish sauce. For the price, I'd expect better. The protein to calorie ratio is great, but it's pretty gross and for a premium price. It's proving to be ineffective bc it's so gross I'm not getting the protein I need bc I can't stomach to take another swallow of this garbage.

Good flavor
The taste is really good but it doesn’t mix very well. I got an electric mixer bottle and blend it two to three times and it’s still clumpy and powdered.

Need to drink this everyday
My dietician and endocrinologist and cardiologist and family doctor all told me to drink one or two servings per day. Makes a smooth shake, I mix it with milk. The flavors are great and it's amazing that this is egg because there is no after taste. Just tasted like coconut or chocolate or peanut butter. I shake mine, when at home blender it. Dissolves pretty good. Worth the money.

Better options for egg protein unless you love foam
This is the third egg protein powder I have tried because unfortunately, Whey protein wrecks my digestive track. This one has similar taste, which is good. Nothing to write home about but it's a protein shake. Protein amount is comparable to other brands but I have to dock this one on consistency and texture. Even using a mini ninja blender, it's very chalky in texture but not a deal breaker. The issue I find is that it is foamy. It almost immediately separates into a bottom half of protein shake and a top half of a chalky foam that is quite odd. I have tried different mixes such as skim milk, almond milk, and cold brew for that morning kick. All three mixes and anything in between has the giant layer of foam on top that really hard to get passed taste wise. The other brands do not have this issue. No idea why this brand does. You are already dropping more money for egg white protein vs others, so in my opinion, there are better options out there.
