Q: Is this good for stick?

It is ok for stick. My only criticism for this welding jacket is that it doesn’t have any external pockets for marking pencil. Good jacket though.

Q: I’m 5’2” and 120 lbs I wear a small in jackets would a medium fit me??

I bought mine one size larger than my jacket size and it fit over the jacket you may need a large if the jacket is heavily insulated.
