Overall a nice office chair. It could use a few more options for adjusting but cannot beat it for the price. It comes with 2 different types of wheels. One set for carpet and another set for hard flooring.

I ordered this for my husband to use in the office. We have a home based business and he has an old back injury, so a quality chair with good lumbar support matters.The chair was easy to assemble. It is at least the third office chair that I have assembled in the past year, and I would say that this was the easiest. The hardest part was aligning the chair over the gas lift near the end. Of course, reaching across the seat to connect things was a bit of a challenge - but probably not everyone does that part of assembly on their lap like I do. The Allen wrench has a nice T handle which made it more comfortable to use (I assembled a set of shelves another day the same week that didn't have a T handle on the Allen wrench and the difference was very noticeable.) I like that this chair included two sets of wheels - regular caster wheels and "blade" wheels, like those on roller blades. In my opinion, they could have skipped the caster wheels. The blade wheels are just so much more substantial, and I think they would be good on any surface.The only negative comment that I have - and the reason for the star deduction - is that I feel that the seat sits too far back in relationship to the back rest. Which means that the front of the seat ends too far back from the knees. (My husband and I are both about 5 ft 9 in). It seems like there should be a way to adjust this, but I couldn't find anything in the instructions about how to do so.

Comfy, and I liked it at first but now the recline mechanism is broken.

To be honest, I thought I would hate this chair. On the website it looked nice. I needed a new chair. I work 12 hours a day at a desk. Then I put it together. Easy to do. And you get 2 sets of wheels- roller wheels or coaster wheels. Those roller wheels are smoooottthhhhh. Love them even though I have ran over my toes more times that I can count this week. But when I looked at this chair, I was nope- no way this is comfy.It is. It does take a few days to get use to it if you don't normally use a chair with that lower lumbar support. It takes up about a quarter of the bottom seat. And the seat is not cushioned but its comfy. It gives and supports when you sit down.The arm rests are super customizable also. Up and down, forward and back. Tilting as well. The gas cylinder to make the chair go up and down and smooth as well.Oh and it's easy to clean. Coffee got on the chair and it wiped right up.I would give this a 10/10 and if it changes I will update.
