Very easy to use. I used it in my hair on my scalp in certain problem areas along with my hair care products, and can honestly say after consistent use for weeks/months I genuinely saw a difference in thickness of hair growth

This is great for beginners but please do your research and read the instructions, make sure you use clean hygiene with this product as it has 140 needles, start off small and work your way up, look after your skin before, during and after, wait a week after your first application to see if there is any reaction, don't use if you have a immune system compromise other than that you are good to go. EDIT...So the device broke after the first use, I can't move it up or down and it's on the maximum, I won't bother sending it back now, I'll upgrade to a professional dr pen.

The sharp needles work well for skin treatments, and the stamp is much easier to use than a roller. It has an adjustable needle depth 0-3mm.

The KOI BEAUTY Adjustable Derma Stamp might look intimidating, but trust me, it’s worth the initial fear. With 140 REAL needles, you get to feel a little like a porcupine — and a lot like you’re actually doing something good for your skin. I love that it's adjustable up to 3mm, so you can dial in just how hardcore you want to go. It’s the perfect tool for getting into those tricky spots, and it beats my old derma roller by a mile. Plus, it’s oddly satisfying to see the results after a few uses, even if it does leave me looking a bit like I lost a fight with a cactus.
