Great mouth guards
Having just had to have a tooth out due to it being cracked form my teeth grinding - I found these and wanted to try them to provide some protection to my remaining teeth.You must follow the instructions to boil water and put the guard in to soften and then once slightly cooled put into your mouth to mould to your teeth.The process worked well and I now have a custom-fitted mouth guard which is pretty comfortbale to wear at night - I am a light sleeper so was worried that having this in my mouth would stop me sleeping but I needn't have worried.I clean it under the tap every morning to keep it looking good and fresh..No idea how long it'll last before I need to do another one but theres 4 in the box so should last me a while.

Work but don't last long for people who grind their teeth
I have used a gum shield at night for many years due to grinding my teeth. One gumshield normally lasts at least 6 weeks but the 1st one of these has died in 2 weeks. I have literally bitten through the righthand side so onto my 2nd one. Will try a different make next time as material is quite weak
