Jeep Wrangler JL Wheel Lock Locking Lug Nut Kit Mopar OEM

Great product. To the review who gave them a one star because he was able to put vice grips on them amd claimed they can be taken off with those. WRONG. That’s a separate metallic bushing that the vice grips are clamped on and will simply break away from the bond amd will just spin around the core the is the lock nut. It’s a very bright design feature. Oy.

Purchased this set to replace my previous set where a dealership had lost my key when I had some service done. They are the real thing, work and look great. The lugs do stick out a little further than the non-locking lugs. But in my opinion, that makes them easier to see and are a deterrent.

Installed these on my 2019 Wrangler JL 2-door. Yes, they are a little longer than the factory nuts, but from past experience, most locking nuts are longer than factory. I've included a couple of photos to help you. I think they are heavy duty and I feel satisfied that they will deter a thief.

They do exactly what they’re supposed to. Installed them on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler JL. The fit good. If I had a complaint. I would say they’re a little longer than they should be. But the work well.

These Mopar locking lug nuts, made by McGard, are excellent. However, the locking lug nut is longer that the OEM lug nuts and looks a little odd due to its length. Also, I suspect the locking lug nut may have more mass than the OEM lug nuts, but at least it is close to the center of rotation of the wheel.

The key I received does not match the one in the photo. I bought this set because I wanted all of my lugs to match the last set of Mopar lugs so I could just have one key.

What I like about this kit is that it comes with 5 locking lugs for the spare tire also. It is exposed and can be easily removed by unwanted people who are up to no good. Fits Jeep Wrangler 2020 model perfect match

Item works as it should and seems to be of good quality. If any issues arise, I’ll do an update to this review
