Great Product
The media could not be loaded. Great product, good material & easy install on 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4XE. I feel better now with this lock on my Jeep. Keep in mind if a thief wants to get in, they will get in. These locks prevent quick access to opportunistic thief's. 5 stars. Recommend. Hope review helps you.

They Work!
Listen, if someone wants to get into your hood, they will. This at least makes it a little more difficult and is a nice deterrent.Took about 5 minutes to install. Feels solid, the lock works, and I "wrapped" the metal keyhole to match the rest of the car. For the price, I don't think it can be beat!

Good Quality & Easy install!
The reason for not giving 5 stars is that it's hard to tell if it is locked or not. These will not stop the aggressive thieves, but will delay & discourage :) One other thing is there is hard plastic & not rubber where they come together. I think this is a much better option that the factory or other through the grill options. I plan to lock these only at certain times, when I feel like it :) The fit & tightness is perfect! I used the original nuts that came with the Wrangler 4Xe.

This is good quality and really locks not like otheres that you lock them and it pops open

They will make it tougher to steal , but not to a determined criminal.
On my Jeep Gladiator, the latch was easy to install, but the Latch hook bolts are hard to remove because the bolt heads are hard to get to with a wrench and impossible with a socket set. The latch is SAE standard and and the latch hook is metric. I had to use the original because I couldn't get to the bolts to eemove them. This is all about the original part, not the locking latches I purchased, I just wanted everyone to be aware of the issues. The lock and key feel cheap and I'm afraid I'll break the key off when I open them. I'm going to spray WD 40 in the locks to see if that helps. I expect them to rust over time which is why I'll keep the originals handy just in case. The metal parts are cheap pot metal.Someone should make a stronger version of this with covers over the actual locks to protect them from the weather.
