Great tool had the earlier version of this and this version is better.

Bought this to cut in the ceiling on a very high staircase.Yes you need a steady hand with it on the end of roller pole, (I attached a paintbrush).Works really well, saved me a lot of time.

Really useful for hard to reach areas. We brought a long wooden pole to attach it to. You can attach a brush or small roller. I’m glad I brought it to help paint the high walls in my stairwell.

Stable, secure, helped paint a particularly challenging wall above my staircase close to the ceiling where I otherwise wouldn't have been able to reach. Highly recommend. Note: you'll need the Wooster Sherlock extension pole to use this - if you don't have one you should get one as they are superb for making roller painting a breeze.

Good addition to the tool box. Wouldn't get hung up on what it should be attached to. I shaved the end of an old six foot brush handle to fit the holder and drilled small hole for a retaining screw.

Did all my cutting in with a paintbrush, the biggest extendable pole I could find and this beauty when I painted the gable ends of our dormer bungalow. Fantastic - only had to go up ladders once to mask off the fascias.Ot could be used to hold pretty much anything, it keeps a tight grip and is easy to use. Cracking item that I am actually glad I bought.

Ideal for what I needed it for, for painting the well of the stairs, however it is tricky to use for a beginner and so I ended up painting the ceiling the same colour as the walls not a problem for me as there's not much light on the landing and my paint was quite pale so you can't really tell. Mine was not the strongest as one of the holding screw broke off (the one that adjusts the angle of the brush or roller) so it is now fixed in one position but that fine for me. But I found it invaluable as I'm on my own and didn't want to try to maneuver ladder up the stair or for that matter climb them at70 yrs old. Very reasonable as well so I would recommend.

Great tool..no nonsense experience

This Woofer Tool Holder saved us a lot of work recently, when painting new fascia boards, added after new shingles were installed on our roof. We were able to use this product, added to an extension pole, to hold a 2" angled brush, on the correct angle to get good coverage of paint up & under the lip of metal trim, used to deflect rain from getting between the shingles & the fascia board. Next we used the same product, still on the pole, to hold a 5" roller, but adjusted to a totally different angle, to quickly paint the length of the fascia boards completely. All this was done without having to use a ladder, which is whole 'nuther advantage, of not having to move a big, tall, heavy ladder every six feet or so, & making countless climbs & descents on that ladder.... Using this product was simple, & helped make this chore much easier..... we were finished sooner, & the job was done effectively & looks great !! It cleaned up nicely, & is ready to use on our next painting job.

Works a lot better than tape on a hockey stick. 😄
