First off, I must say I have been looking at a good quality form of Shilajit to take and came across this capsule form, which made me curious to see if it would work as well as the actual resin. I did a little research on the difference, and how one experience compared to another, but based on how it works on individuals differently, the only way to tell is by getting them to try for myself.The capsule is your average veggie cap filled with a powder supplement style of Shilajit, made to be easier to take. The product itself is said to have all the benefits of the resin form and the powder form that mixes with a drink or taken in other ways. QC wise, the bottle is secured with a label under the cap and plastic around the cap so it isn't opened until you're ready to use. The capsule are average sized and not hard to swallow, they also do not leave a bad after taste like the resin form might when taking it straight and not mixing it in liquid. According to the markings, it is manufactured in an FDA approved facility, although I am not sure exactly where that is, Aura Vitamins does have an address located in Florida, which may be where they have the factory. The label does advise it is made in the USA, so always a positive in my book. In any case, the supplements seem to be of good quality, no damaged capsules of any sort.As far as the effects of the product, being that there are only 60 capsules and it is required to take 2 a day, it is only approximately a 30 day supply, which for some they may notice more benefits that others. For me, I have not noticed a huge shift in energy, but from what I read, it takes about 3 months of continuous use to notice the biggest benefits to take effect. So far, I have only noticed that I can go longer periods without eating during the day, and an increase in weight loss, which is possibly one of the minor effects of this supplement, but as I continue to take it I am hoping to see if that helps with the energy boost due to having positive metabolic effects.For those looking to try Shilajit without the messy/nasty resin, and still get some of the benefits, this is definitely the way to go. I have a sensitive stomach, and have not experienced any negative issues (acid reflux, stomach pain, etc...) and have taken these capsules without food and only water on most days. Results may vary upon the individual use, but from my experience, there were no negatives and only look forward to benefiting from the positives when they kick in!

I like the energy and stamina increase but, the benefits were very fleeting.

These worked well. They have no bad taste and are easy to take. I did feel a difference after a couple of weeks of consistent use.

I’ve tried this stuff before in taste form and it’s kind of difficult to swallow. These pills make it far far easier and I would recommend it and still get the same benefits and energy and everything. This is recommended.

I was a bit skeptical when I saw these in capsule form because everything I had read indicated that the resin form has the highest effectiveness. But I wanted to give this a shot. I have taken Shilajit in resin form in the past and, now, in capsule form, but I have never really experienced a big shift in energy. I know that sometimes supplements can have more of a cumulative affect as you consistently take them, but so far, after a few weeks, I still don't notice much of a difference. It's challenging to know if it's the quality of the product or my own body chemistry so I don't want to discount the quality of this product. If there has been an effect, it has been very subtle.

The capsules are uniform in size and color - which is brownish. They are a standard capsule size and easy to swallow. There is plenty of information on the label to decide if these shilijit capsules suit you, such as supplement facts, serving size, ingredients, product information from the company, and a disclaimer/warning. They state that these are gluten-free, soy-free, have no artificial colors or preservatives, and are non-GMO. This brand seems to be a quality product that has excelled in the performance we hoped for and gave us an energy boost. There are 60 capsules in the bottle, and the suggested serving size is two capsules. - giving a person a one-month supply - which seems like an excellent value to me. So far, I like the results of this brand, give it five stars, and confidently recommend it.

I like the idea of Shilajit, so I am taking it mostly just based on what I hear and read. But I don't really see any change so far, but I never see any change with any vitamins or supplements anyway. I guess I will know after a few years, but even then, how does anyone know what was caused by Shilajit and what was caused by something else?
