Arrived dirty
Really disappointed. Lovely backpack for my daughter, frustratingly, I found the straps were dirty and covered in marks. Needed the bag quite urgently so had to clean the marks off myself. Not a very good impression especially when it is supposed to be “new”. May be worth checking the condition of the item before it is sent out to save further disappointment from other buyers

Not the best quality
This bag has only lasted about a month and it looks like it’s made of cheap materials. I would not recommend.
