It was packaged very well. And the item came with a lot of stuff I didn't even know about. And it was exactly what I was wanting.

Came as described. Good product for the price.

My whiteboard came without any damage. The pens, buttons, and eraser are all magnetic - so they can be easily stored on the board or in the tray, that snaps on the bottom of the whiteboard frame. The adjustable height is easy to adjust, because of markings on the legs. Writing easily erased- leaving no ghost writing.

because her desk was unmanageable. She was so happy when I installed this whiteboard above her desk. I was worried that it would be hard to set up because of the large size (36x48) but it was relatively easy to install with the supplied dry wall anchors and screws. A bit of advice: slip the marker tray on BEFORE you install the whiteboard.

The box that board was delivered in was well intacted & had no visible signs of destruction. Upon opening the box, the I noticed the surface board was rippled. It has poor functionality because the ripples won't flatten. The product was shipped defective.
