Shredder broke in 3 months, the design is flawed.
I purchased this shredder because it was white and thus would match my decor however, the shredder broke in less than three months. There are plastic prongs that separate the outgoing shredded strips from the blades. Some of these prongs broke off and as a result the shredded strips build up on the blades and jam the shredder.To unjam the shredder I need to use pliers to pull jammed shredded paper from the blades. Doing each time after shredding ~50 sheets of paper is not reasonable.I don't recommend because this is not a manufacturing flaw or quality control issue, it's a design flaw. The plastic prongs are not strong enough and/or they are positioned in such a way with the blades that it is easy for shredded paper to get jammed between the prongs and the blades eventually causing the prongs to break off.

Not The Strongest Shredder
Not the most powerful motor. Jams easily with less than 6-sheets. Hold off and buy one with a stronger motor. Not thrilled with the short run time, as with similar models

Great Shredder
We've had it for a while now and we shred a lot of paper because we're in sales and generate a lot of paperwork. Durable and gets the job done.

Better then I thought
Very quiet. Replaced my other one that was great. This is far better then I thought. Price was great.

Power button finicky
Nice size, features, and mostly low noise when shredding but the power button has been an issue since new. Most times after it does into power saving sleep, I have to shut it off and back on to wake it. Also I may have to press the power button more than once for it to turn on.

Excellent to use in the home office
Responds to the needs of a small office. It is compact, silent and versatile. The only flaw is the internal basket for cards. Every time it is empty I have to retrieve it from the middle of the papers.
