This scooter is the perfect combination of adrenaline and convenience. I had an issue where my back tire kept going flat. I contacted the customer support and they were a great help with solving the issue. They responded in a timely manner and gave great solution options.Over all 5 stars

My very first scooter about two or three years ago was a nine bot scooter. It wasn’t terrible. It was definitely really good for a scooter didn’t really disappoint. I was young at the time, so I definitely didn’t use it way more than I should have. And then after that, I got an offbrand scooter by the name of Laotie and then the type of scooter I got was a TI30. The scooter barely last me three months. I was going on a trail in the mountains in Utah and it just suddenly died. I went over a big bump and I just died. Nothing worked. It didn’t even turn on so that I had to get one of my buddies to come all the way out almost 3 hours to come and get me with his truck. That was a terrible experience and I spent about $1500 on that. And then I saw a lot of people riding the yume brand scooters so I was thinking of looking at that and then I found this and I was like there’s no way because the price and for how fast and good looking a scooter is there’s no it’s just over 2000 and then I kept doing a bit of research and people seem to like it a lot. So I went ahead and I purchased it. Let me tell you this scooter did not disappoint one bit and went as fast as they said on the site and I am 230 pound rider, so that’s actually insane. Honestly nothing to disappoint. I kind a wish the horn was louder and the turn signals were bigger. And about I think 2 1/2 months from now. I’ve been riding it ever since almost every day, I already have over 300 miles on it, but the front tire is flat now I’m not that experience with this type of stuff so I’m not sure how to deal with it but I’m gonna try and get it fixed hopefully by then, so yeah that’s my experience so far looking forward to putting many many more miles on it.

I've seen countless YouTube videos talking about this scooter but they just don't get the point across. This scooter is an updated model from the 2021 YT Videos. The advertised top speed is 40MPH max but I weight about 155lb and could get it to 50mph going on flat ground. Performance uphills is no problem as long as you have the second motor engaged you can go 30mph uphills easily. With single motor it's about 7mph uphills so big difference. Handling is great at speeds. Definitely would PUMP UP TIRES BEFORE RIDING. check the tire pressure before riding because they feel full but I promise the psi is not full. I put about 40psi or a little more. The tires are rated for 50psi max. Range hasn't been a problem at all. Suspension feels great. My only CON for this scooter is the light strips on the sides. They flash Red Green and Blue. A cop stopped me and said that the red and blue flashing lights could be a problem and some other cops might not be so cool about it. I contacted YUME support with there response times because relatively quick at about 1 day or less. Their solution was to open the scooter and unplug the LEDs. I wish the LEDs where either one solid color or have the option to pick your colors but to be safe I just unplugged them. The headlights are bright but Everytime you turn them on and off the go from HIGH TO LOW TO FLASHING. I wish there was a switch so I could just select the ones I want and forget. This scooter comes with dual chargers. The 2021 YT Videos show that they need to use the included EU adaptors to work but the chargers on this UPDATED MODEL are normal American Plugs. Charging time, who knows I just plug them in overnight and it works for me. The INCLUDED SEAT came dented in arrival but contacted YUME SUPPORT and they would provide a free replacement seat or a $9 refund, I haven't received either yet because this issue is still a work in progress. Everything is great about this scooter for the $1200 I paid for it. DUAL MOTORS, SEAT, POWERFUL is all I needed. You can look for other scooters at the $1200 or less price but I haven't found one with all of these features.
