I like this combination of different styles of creatine. I have used various creatine supplements and believe this to be better than many. Beyond its effectiveness, this also has a surprisingly pleasant flavor. I will order more after finishing this package.

I would normally just stick to the monohydrate creatine in an unflavored powder form but when I saw this I thought I would see if I liked the flavor. I do have to admit the flavor is very good and makes it more enjoyable to take but, as others have said, I am not sure that the flavor is worth the extra cost. I am also puzzled by how they do the math to get the amount of creatine in a serving. In the supplement facts on the jar it says that there is 4000 milligrams of creatine monohydrate, 500 milligrams off diCreatine malate, and 500 milligrams of creatine citrate. I'm not really sure what those last two are, or if they are any better than regular creatine monohydrate but the total of all three adds up to 5000 milligrams and yet on another place on the model it says that there are 4258 milligrams of creatine from the three types. So like I said, the math just doesn't seem to add up. Bottom line is that, although I like the flavor, I will probably just stick with the less expensive creatine monohydrate powder unless I do some more research and find out that the other two types of creatine are substantially better. The only other things that I would note is that the product is well packaged and has the expiration date clearly printed on the bottom of the jar. It was sealed appropriately with a tamper proof seal and overall I would say it is a good quality product.To help understand how I rate items:My philosophy is, that for a rating system to be effective, the highest rating and the lowest rating should be reserved for a relatively small percentage of the best and the worst products. I may make a general statement such as “this is a good value” but it will not affect my star rating. The reason is that product prices change, even from day-to-day. Also what one person may consider a good price someone else might not. I feel it is more important to review the quality and features of a product and let the buyer decide whether the current price is worth it to them. Another thing that I don't take into consideration are issues with shipping. This is because the seller does not always have control over that. If I recommended it to someone, I would state my reservations. I may purchase it again if I could not find a better alternative.** Two stars - The product fell far short of my expectations. It may, in some respects, do what it claims to do but has far too many problems to overlook. I would never recommended it to someone nor would I ever purchase it again. There is a good possibility I would return it.* One star - The product is terrible. It has way too many cons and few if any pros. I would actively warn my friends away from it and would most likely return it if possible.

Its pretty good creatine, it tastes pretty good and it's helped me stay saturated after my old creatine ran out so the quality is what I've needed. It mixes pretty well but it stayed kinda gritty.

I’ve taken ALL the creatine – probably 100 or more brands and types easily. This is good – good powder / good dosage / good taste – the taste makes it really easy to slam with a shot of water (how I usually take it) – came clean/sealed/// no issues at all other than I am running low.
