Made in China. My previous Setters had rough edges on the lace islets that caused the laces to wear out in no time. I finally got out the rat tail file and filed the islets smooth. Then they fell out. My new Setters have the same problem but only with one islet. But other than replacing the laces every four months I like them just fine. Am I the only one with this problem?

These boots are not made for winter use unless you put on heavy socks. I wear mine in the summer and they work fine.

Q: This boots has steel or aluminum toe?

No steel or aluminum toe. These are hunting boots. Refer to their work boot line. They sell a plastic coated aluminum toe boot that is great IMO.
