The media could not be loaded. I have had a few different indoor putting mats over the years that have had varying degrees of quality. Normally varying from between terrible to just about ok-ish. I am pleased to say that this PGA Tour 8ft putting mat does not fall within that range as this mat is excellent.A telling sign of how good a quality a putting mat is going to be is how it performs straight out of the box. Often when unrolled it wont lay flat, which is normally a sign of it being too thin meaning it can not be a real like putting green surface.Per the video included with this review of me unpacking this putting mat for the first time (and struggling one handed with the scissors to cut the plastic wrap seal!) and rolling it out this mat sits pretty much perfectly flat right out of the box.Per photos included with the review, the top surface of the mat is great quality nylon pile which is dense in its thickness all over – this really does help to make it feel like a real putting green. Also per photos the back of the mat is thick rubber and it is this that helps this lay so true and flat.The putting green itself is I would say fast paced but it is a realistic fast pace.I happily recommend this indoor putting mat to golf enthusiasts of all abilities and feel at current selling price of £60 it is pretty good value considering it comes with a drawstring bag for storing and with it laying flat straight out the bag

I used this mat a couple of weeks ago when working away, just brought a new putter and needed the practice in getting my weight in putting correct. I found the mat to be good quality and adding small items under the mat has helped getting my eye in as well. the only down side is the price however if it lasts a couple of years I'll be happy.

This is a really well-made putting mat for indoors. The matt unrolls completely flat, so there's no lumps or bumps that can affect your shot. The base of the matt acts to hold it in place on the carpet, so you also don't have it moving around while you're taking your shot.It comes with clear guidelines how to use it, and is great for a beginner wanting to learn how to play, as well as a more experienced player wanting to practice their shot. The surface of the mat is just right for the ball to roll over it, it doesn't obstruct or affect the shot. The target lines are really helpful for you to understand your swing and the impact different clubs or power has on the shot, which really helps you improve your game.The mat comes with a travel bag, which is great for storage, but also for you to take it out of the house, which is handy as it's proving a popular lunchtime / team building activity at work!

It's the great way to practice my short game anytime, anywhere. The mat has a realistic feel and speed that simulates actual putting greens. And, the training guidelines help me line up my putts ideally. The 6ft putting area is plenty of space to practice different putting distances, and the full-size hole target gives me a satisfying goal to aim for. The mat unrolls quickly and lays flat for practice and it comes with a handy carry bag for easy storage and portability.

It isn't always possible to make it to the course and practice on grass. I understand the limitations of mats like these, however, you can practice the stroke and distance control through the amount of force applied to the ball. So I do think these mats have a place.This one is good quality and lies flat without creases. It's rubber backed and will stick through friction to carpets or tilled floors.I'm having a knee operation next month so I'm stocking up on nets and thinks like this to keep me busy whilst I heal. I think I will enjoy using this mat and anything that improves my putting is worthwhile
