Great product
Works great. Looks new and does am amazing job. Could not believe what it picked up that my old vacuum didn’t get. It is awesome and well worth the money.

Great vacuum
One of the best vacuums we've ever owned! Having 3 dogs, we needed a vacuum that can handle all the shedding of fur. Plus not having brissels for hair to get trapped on is a bonus!I like the idea of having a vacuum with a neutralizer to get rid of the "wet dog" odor.This vacuum is easy to maneuver and the powerful suction can be adjusted depending on what surfaces you have in your home.Great price, so glad we purchased this vacuum!

Disappointed
The vacuum seems to suck up dirt ok, but not the best at it. But being a refurb it doesn't seem to be the best choice for me to have made. The words/directions/labels are rubbed off in spots. It's missing the piece that holds the hose, so it flops while vacuuming. The piece that holds the power cord is always flopping down. Kind of seems I could get something better at goodwill.

BEST VACUUM BY FAR
THIS IS THE BEST VACUUM I HAVE EVER OWNED. I HAVE A DYSON AND IT'S GREAT ALSO BUT THE SHARK IS DEFINITELY A BETTER BUY. I USED THE DYSON FIRST AND THOUGHT IT DID A GREAT JOB AND THEN I WENT BACK OVER IT WITH THE SHARK AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW MUCH IT PICKED UP AFTER THE DYSON. AMAZING

Great value just no scent from inserts
Vacuum works great make sure to buy extra filters and clean all the filters frequently so you don’t get dirt blow by. Would have 5 stars but the added scent container doesn’t seem to do a thing.

I love love this. The beater bar is designed so pet hair doesn’t rap around it. It’s been wonderful to not have to keep cleaning it.

Great vacuum!
I absolutely love this vacuum! It picks up everything, and kids polishes the hard floor with the power fin thing. I have 2 german shepherds and live on a farm, so I needed something that could really clean! This has a huge dust cup, very powerful motor, and a long reaching stick piece. I would highly reccomend this one over other pricier vacuums.
