So far it’s really great with making you sweat more. Although I will say it is kind of short so if you have a longer torso this may not be a great option for you, otherwise a great product

I like it and it works. It just rips along the seem where it Velcro’s. This is the second one I bought and it happened to both. Not sure why. I can still use it but I would be careful when you’re taking it off and pulling it tight to close.

I put it on, work out, take it off, and SWET. SWEAT!!!!! ;) I like it!!
