I was doubtful about if this was a real thing - but as someone with high levels of anxiety and stressyness who spends a lot of time inside particularly in Winter I thought I would give it a go. I chose this product because it works with UK plugs and doesn't contain rubber as I can't stand rubbery smells. The cuff is size adjustable, not too loose or too tight and the cable is long enough that it doesn't restrict movement which I had worried about. I felt the effect almost straight away when I plugged it in, a pleasant light tingle feeling that is just incredibly relaxing. I loved it so much I have bought another so I can wear both at the same time, one on each hand for a stronger effect. I like that the cuff has a large surface area than some others allowing more exposure. I also like that the plug adaptor it comes with has two holes allowing you to run two of the cuffs from a single plug socket. I haven't owned this long enough to have any long term effects but I have noticed that if I use it for 15 minutes before bed time I fall asleep more easily. Wonderful product, well worth the money. It definitely isn't a placebo effect because once I forgot I had unplugged it from the socket, wore the bracelet and noticed at once it wasn't working.

So far so good...Checked the Electrical resistance from Band 'Skin contact' surface to earth.. Percect Short circuit.As to actual beneficial properties time will tell but every online enquiry on this subject is positive (No pun intended and electrically definately positive...At earth/ground)

The strap made no difference and I couldn't notice any difference
