Needed something shallow and tall to fit in my walk in closet as a shoe rack. Didn't want it to be unattractive. This unit worked perfectly! Sturdy, neat, tidy, attractive and multifunctional. Even had enough room to display my everyday jewelry. Necklaces and bracelets hang from the shelf slats and a small tray holds my earring and rings.

When my kids went to the dorms, I was left with a severe case of the empty nest syndrome. I began buying succulents of all types. It didn't take long until I need a plant stand for all of the babies (the new plants). I looked and looked at all of the options on Amazon and finally settled on this one. I am so glad I did. It has a lot of room. I have multiple small plants and this has room for them all. I think the kids are a little surprised they were replaced with plants and a new plant stand, but these plants don't require much care, they don't leave a mess, they don't talk back, and they don't ask for my keys!If I had small children around on a regular basis, I would definitely want to attach the stand to the wall. It isn't very wide for the height. It isn't about to fall over, even if the 80 pound dog ran into it, it would stand. I would not take a chance on a child trying to climb it, however. One person commented that the stand was very unstable and I don't find that to be the case, at all. I'm very pleased with the stand, the price, the quality. I do recommend the plant stand.

I purchased an Instant Pot and I needed more counter space. I wanted a place for my plants AND other items. The unit itself is nice, I like the style and it serves its purpose, hence 5 stars. Assembly was difficult and the alignment of holes was difficult to maneuver. The shelves are sturdy and hold my items well. The unit as a whole is not sturdy. IF I was to share a piece of advice with the manufacturer, it would be that the 8 bottom legs would be cut wider to hold the rest of the unit steady. If a child was running near, or if someone walked into it, it may tumble. As for the value, I wanted this type of unit, for the design. I paid for what I wanted. Overall, if I found these shelves somewhere else, I would have paid no more than $50.

EDIT: Good shelves and great value. They are holding up nicely so I would call them sturdy, which is exactly what you need for a plant shelf! However, I have a couple (major to me) issues that caused me to knock it down a star. Simply because of the nature of the product. I felt like these two issues impede the use just enough to warrant 4 stars instead of 5.1: The shelves are somewhat bowed upwards making it awkward for planters to sit on it. I've had to position things in a very specific way to prevent the plant tipping over.2: There is not much space between shelves. These are perfect for shorter plants but tall plants have very few spaces they can fit. The top shelf filled up quickly and I was left with a large number of plants I couldn't quite fit in. These shelves would be amazing if there was more clearance between layers.So far I really enjoy this shelf. I can't speak yet for it's sturdiness as I just put it together today but I can say it was easy to put together.The directions are minuscule but it's fairly straightforward and you don't really need them anyway. My only hangup was the illustration for how to put the nuts on. They show it going the opposite way that it should so I attached photos of how the hardware is supposed to be assembled for clarification (I really would have appreciated seeing it more clearly before trail and error). It should have been obvious but I figured it was instructed that way for a reason.This shelf is attractive, lightweight but feels durable, easy to assemble and a reasonable price. I'll be using the for plants and will update on it's sturdiness once it's been loaded up and in use for a while.

I LOVE IT. At first I was having problems because the selves don't fit in the slot when you do it with your hands. For me, it only worked when I had a wrench holding one screw and spinning the other one with the tool they give you. If I didn't have the wrench, it just kept spinning in place with the screw on the other side. But I kept screwing until the wood fit into each slot and it worked! Very easy to assemble with both tools. If not, it'll be a project for sure. The bamboo feels AMAZING and laminated almost. Very sturdy and very light. I'm using it as a pantry since my apartment doesn't have one and I LOVE it. Definitely worth the money!!! I'm 5'0 and the very top goes to my lips.

I found this particular product on a Reddit plant forum. I chose one of the other layouts by the same company but it amounts to the same thing. I looked at a bunch of other options before going back to this one and I’m glad I did. I like the slat design and the spacing height. I attached grow lights as you can see and added some wood to attach them to. It worked really nicely. Even on carpet it is stable and I’m not worried about my plants getting dumped.

Nice plant stand with solid materials and appears pretty sturdy. Minor shipping damage and a production glitch with the notches added a couple of hours onto assembly, but no big deal and easy to fix. The 5-star rating is for their customer service. I shipped this to the wrong address, and it was already en route when I realized. Contacted on a Sunday, they responded in a matter of hours and got the shipper to reroute the package, saving me an enormous hassle. Very much appreciated.
