For those who feel mouth tape is too sticky for their lips, I easily solved that problem. I use chap stick on my lips before putting the tape in place. It never touches my lips. Does it prevent snoring? Nope, I doubt that any tape like this will. But the snoring does not disturb my husband because it keeps my mouth closed and I snore around the sides of the tape. It wakes me, but not him. I don't snore often, but before mouth tape, it was frequent and I'd wake up with my mouth so dry I couldn't swallow. That never happens now. I've tried many mouth tapes over the years and used to shop for price and found some I was happy with, and then they disappear. I'm happy I chose this tape and I hope it is still around when I need to re-order.
