Good comfortable fit
Finally something that does it's job. Leave it to the Italians to know how to secure the hernia and still let your junk be comfortable. I tried almost every hernia belt, underware, was going to design my own, this is it. Make sure You Measure Your Waist

Piece of expensive Junk!
It was a waste of money. It didn't work for what I need. Cheap material and very poorly designed. Not true to size and overall its a complete piece of Junk!! Contact the seller for returning the item and still waiting to this day. Waste of time and money. definitely will NOT recommend.

Simply the Best.
By far the best, real tailored compression and stellar fabric quality, this is a real review and I'm writing it simply to help others.I have progressed double Inguinal hernia that I have not been able to get fixed yet because of insurance issues, I've had them and wear them for over 3 years now and they're still holding up and still have flexibility to my amazement, fabrick is high density 100% cotton, I bought two different sizes, 3 and 4. My waist based on how much I stuff my face will flux between 34 and 38, I'm 6,2 215lb as of now and at this weight 4 is comfortable but I still were size 3 if I want to work out or lift things and yes three is tight as f when I do but I feel safe for those 2 hours I'm training and I can tolerate it I don't know if you can, though even with support I don't recommend that for anybody that's how I got here , I actually prefer wearing them without the compression pads they come with, they have little inner pockets that you can slip them in but the tailor fit is so good that you really don't need them and I like that cuz nothing shows when I'm wearing jeans or a suit, I do wear them over thin cotton underwear but really only to keep them clean and reuse the next day, they are more comfortable without the extra underwear and they are 100% cotton so no synthetic fabric stink or rash but I can't afford seven pairs and I won't wear the same underwear more than a day. They might feel a bit tight when you put them on but you will get used to it and they need to be, If I wear them for prolonged hours sometimes they can cut into my inner thigh a little bit like a wedgie.. lol I just reach and pull down a little bit and it's fine , I feel it's a fair trade for the amount of support I'm getting, I always wash them in cold water and always let them air dry to maintain the fabric flexibility. The only negative is that unfortunately they did take about 10 days to show up from Italy but worth the wait and they also are by far the most expensive, but the honesty of it is I'm paying for them again and happily because simply there is nothing better and I would not be able to work or live a normal life without them, so worth every penny and sincerely thank you.
